FondCircle Inc(“FondCircle,” “we,” or “us”) respects your concerns about privacy. This FondCircle Privacy Notice applies to the personal information we obtain through FondCircle (the “ Service ”).

Information We Obtain

Through the Service, we may obtain information about you in various ways. The types of personal information we may obtain include:

Information You Provide Directly

• Your profile information (such as name, date of birth, gender, profile photo, email address, telephone number, postal code, and country).
• Health and wellness-related data (such as height, weight, heart rate, body fat, skeletal muscle, muscle mass, basal metabolic rate, heart rate variability, advanced glycation end-products, blood glucose level, blood pressure level, oxygen saturation level, hemoglobin (HbA1c) level, mood, breathing, information related to your menstrual cycle, stress level and sleep-related information).
• Fitness and nutrition-related information (such as activity levels, types of exercise, exercise programs, number of steps, speed, distance, food, and water intake).
• Medication information (such as medication name, added date and time, scheduled date and time/frequency for medication reminders, taken/skipped date and time, archived date and time, type, strength, shape, color and selected lifestyle factors for drug interaction information).
• Information about and from third-party devices and apps you choose to connect to FondCircle (such as third-party device manufacturers, models, and identifiers, and third-party app IDs, including social media IDs). We also collect data, such as health and wellness-related data and fitness and nutrition-related information when you link FondCircle with third-party devices and apps, including when such data is saved to your FondCircle app.

Information We Obtain By Automated Means

• Information about your use of FondCircle (such as messages sent or received in FondCircle, FondCircle settings, and in-app usage information, including menus and settings clicked, features used, frequency and duration of use of FondCircle, and any error messages displayed). We also collect any information stored in cookies we have set on your device.
• Device information (such as firmware version, operating system, and device IDs, including MAC address, serial number, and mobile advertiser IDs).
• Location data: Bluetooth and Wi-Fi signals and other information related to your location and with your permission your device’s precise geolocation when you use location-based features. Please note that if you decline to allow Samsung Health to collect your precise geolocation, you may not be able to use the health device related with FondCircle).

We also may collect other information about you, your devices and apps, and your use of the Service in ways that we describe to you at the time of collection or otherwise with your consent.

How We Use the Information We Obtain

We may use the information we obtain through the Service for the purposes described in the Samsung Privacy Policy and to:

• help you or your device register for our Services;
• provide a Service or feature you request;
• provide customized content and personalized services based on your past activities on our Services;

• deliver customized content, such as importing your workout routine from another app into FondCircle.
